Monthly beta subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the Stripe customer billing portal.

Initial purchase refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days for private beta customers if no license was activated and no downloads were accessed.

Lifetime licenses are generally non-refundable once a license key is generated and activated.

Chargebacks without contacting support may result in license deactivation.
